Hidden deep behind Three Monkeys, we’ve built a space dedicated to the slow craft of coffee. Since 2021, Baboon has been a refuge on Chaofa Road—a place where the jungle canopy filters the light, and time slows down just enough for a proper pour-over.
We handle the coffee and the pastries; our neighbors handle the food. You handle the lingering. The wifi is fast, the air is tropical, and the trees surrounding us are older than we are.
